Order through McDonald's app they picked up order then drove around the car park and never left got scammed told custer service to report them but they didn't help all they did was apologise and say in 15 days I will get refunded but Im PISSED I shouldn't have to deal with scumbags who steal food.

Absolutely fed up with this company, every order is wrong or sometimes order doesn’t turn up at all! I’ve just let them know part of my order was missing and they said im not eligible for a refund! It’s literally a big meal deal that hasn’t turned up not just one item! Disgrace of a company need shutting down

I ordered a meatball marinara never ticked onions and peppers didn’t show on my online receipt but on my paper receipt they was written on…. So they put them on. I have to watch my own phosphate levels hence why I didn’t tick them but Some how that’s my fault. And when I email them they just send me automated email saying I should have let them know I didn’t want onion and peppers…. I thought not ticking them would have give that away…. Honestly customer service is shocking

I wish to complain about Uber Telephone Support. It cuts-off at option 4 “other matters”. There follows a “communication brick wall” - no alternative telephone number, no email address.

I was stealthily “subscribed” to Uber One and having noticed £4.99 debit on 23 February, I initially reported this as a fraud. This is a monthly payment I did not authorise, and cancelled today via app. I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and a refund.

Terrible: place an order that they can't fulfil and it'll keep re-assigning your order to new drivers for hours on end, even after the store has closed.

This happened to me and I raised a support ticket but the staff simply closed the ticket without asking if it was OK. I re-opened the ticket four times requesting the opening of a formal complaint instead and the "agents" (most likely AI) simply sent the same templated responses on repeat. In the end, they closed the ticket chain in a way that wouldn't let me request further support, all while ignoring my demands to raise any form of formal complaint.

No grasp at all of what constitutes adequate customer service... Really shoddy.

The live chat function was also useless, I was passed around to different chat bots who provided copy and paste answers to everything.
There is zero accountability, please do not use this service.

Order at 7.15pm, an hour later no food and it hasn't even been picked up yet! The delivery person went to the restaurant and then left and went elsewhere without even picking up our order. I tried to contact the delivery person, no response. Spoke to somebody at Uber Eats who said they are sorry for the inconvenience and that my order is waiting to be picked up, meaning it is waiting and going cold.
Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
Better of using Just Eat or Deliveroo.

Ordered food with an estimated delivery of 15 minutes. It arrived 2 hours later, cold. During the entire wai, no updates, no communication, nothing.

When I tried calling the restaurant directly through the number provided in the app, it turned out to be a paid premium line. So the only way to find out where my food was would have cost me money. The in-app chat offered me €3.74 as compensation. When I pushed back, the agent closed the chat on me. Second agent, same script, same €3.74, no ability to escalate.

I spend over €500/month on Uber including my business expenses. I asked for a €25 credit as a goodwill gesture. Two agents shut me down, one closed the chat, and I was eventually told to wait 6-12 hours for another team to respond.

The food arrived cold after the cancellation was already being processed. No accountability, no real support, no way to reach anyone with decision-making authority.

If you're a loyal customer thinking that matters. Well Spoiler: it doesn't.

I ordered Burger King meal for 3 and when it arrived it was so cold like not lukewarm but so cold felt like had been in fridge.Ive had deliveries in past that been lukewarm and despite it not been recommended I’ve put in microwave for quick blast to heat up but this order was cold ,fridge cold so had to bin order apart from ice cream and bottled water.I contacted Uber within 5min of receiving order ( admittedly with very short message simply say food is so so cold 😅) but I did send more detailed explanation an hour or so later.I was replied to several hours later simply tell me they understand how frustrating is when food not temperature expecting and I can leave review on merchant.I asked for the complaint to be escalated and received exact same copy paste reply 5 times.Eventually a reply came from human but said exactly same thing that sorry but that nothing they can do about temperature food reaches me! And again to review merchant.I tried to review Burger King but no way to leave review it’s simply tick box of Ubers recommended feedback and i don’t think it’s Burger Kings fault unless they are leave delivery orders out in cold carpark whilst wait for driver to collect??? Terrible terrible customer service waiting hours for reply then receiving total of 5 copy paste replies.I understand that food may not always be piping hot as its delivery and even with insulated bags the back of motorcycles in winter not best and I’ve happily given food 10sec blast in microwave in past but this food was so cold.Just so so disappointing and impossible to actually speak to human being.Can’t believe that company policy to say they have no obligation to deliver hot food that temperature is basically personal choice?? Like we understand frustrating when food not temperature expecting but nothing we can do about it? Like expecting hot food not be fridge cold is personal preference 😤
