This goes both to Uber eats and the bengal brasserie in belfast. I had made an order through the app, everything went fine, order was accepted, prepared, delivered and eaten. The next morning turns out they tried to charge me twice (and eventually successfully did so) because they forgot to adjust prices and take delivery. I love how I can get charged extra money on calculations that were made prior to making an order and it getting accepted. Also the customer service is utterly useless. I get charged extra a day after a full purchase was made, accepted and delivered and they are like "yeah you had insufficient funds" then how did the PAYMENT GO THROUGH if i didnt have enough money in my account, since when is uber a buy now pay later.
