Ordered food with an estimated delivery of 15 minutes. It arrived 2 hours later, cold. During the entire wai, no updates, no communication, nothing.

The in-app chat offered me €3.74 as compensation. When I pushed back, the agent closed the chat on me. Second agent, same script, same €3.74, no ability to escalate.
I spend over €500/month on Uber including my business expenses. I asked for a €25 credit as a goodwill gesture. Two agents shut me down, one closed the chat, and I was eventually told to wait 6-12 hours for another team to respond.
The food arrived cold after the cancellation was already being processed. No accountability, no real support, no way to reach anyone with decision-making authority.
