I wish to complain about Uber Telephone Support. It cuts-off at option 4 “other matters”. There follows a “communication brick wall” - no alternative telephone number, no email address.
I was stealthily “subscribed” to Uber One and having noticed £4.99 debit on 23 February, I initially reported this as a fraud. This is a monthly payment I did not authorise, and cancelled today via app. I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and a refund.
