Ordered food which came stale and cold and even the resteraunt said to me request a refund on Uber. Which Mohammed at Uber told me NO refund, been a customer with Uber for over 7 years taxis and eats. Used them for a taxi nearly every day for work. Closed my account now and will use bolt and just eat. Lost a good customer over £20 requested to speak with a Uber manger aswell but was.told no and the matter was closed and No refund. Maybe the food would not arrive cold if your Uber drivers were not carrying 15 plus deliverys before they reach my house.
