Well, the customer service is sooo poor, trust me, these people does not even care of about there customers neither do they care about there partners.. recently I created the account with uber for the delivery.. I was not sure to upload the last set of documents since I was doing it for the first time.. they couldn’t even warn me or gave a reminder but just provided me the Decision that I’m not eligible.. when I spoke to company who provides my background check data they advised me to talk to the uber and they will send me a new link to update and everything will
Be sorted out.. now when I spoke to the uber they told me the decision is made permanently only because I was unable to upload I missed that email or notification to upload the documents… have been chasing for the link to update so that I can start working asap but they aren’t even responding or assisting in anyway…. They are not letting me speak to an agent… they finally they agreed and had told me they will send a link to update in 72 hours and now it’s the 5day since it was told and I’m still waiting without any communication and neither I’m getting any response… Is this how u treat ? Just to let u know I also tried opening the account with just eat.. I’ve got my account active…
