Complete disappointment, I placed a small order through a delivery app. We all know that this service can be hit or miss. In the past, they have usually been decent with refunds. However, I ordered two drinks, two desserts, and a snack box. The delivery was impressively quick. Unfortunately, I noticed that the desserts were missing, which was disappointing but not catastrophic. I contacted the support team, and that’s where the trouble began. We went back and forth without resolution, as they cited “policies” that they deemed fair. In the end, I felt cheated over a minor order that was quite pricey. This behavior is truly frustrating, especially since I usually have good experiences.
