Honestly. Don't buy anything from Uber Eats. According to their "customer service" team, a £5 refund is perfectly acceptable for freezing cold food that cannot be eaten. Eveb though I said I'd like to cancel the order, they made me wait for food that I KNEW was going to be cold and inedible. Three complaints later, and I've still not heard anything from the "advanced escalations team", so, you can add LIARS to the list of things this company is known for. As well as terrible customer service. Also, don't use the same login as your uber eats account if you're going to complain. They knock points off your Uber account.
