Responses are robotic, templated and repetitive. There is a telephone number but it’s answered by an automated bot and no matter which of its options you select, it directs you to the AI in-app support and terminates the phone call. After filling in the form, the AI bot immediately closes the ticket without resolving the issue. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and will use other companies instead
