This company is more than likely going to be part of a class action lawsuit at some point. They have stolen from me three times now. I submit an order, they deliver food, nothing is made correctly, they say tough crap deal with it, no refund. Te second time the driver took almost an hour and a half, no exaggeration, he told me to get f);&; he had to make several other stops, again no refund. Third time was a disaster driver dropped the food on my steps, I have video, I tell them this, they say I’m sorry but some of the food looks edible still. They offered me a partial refund…bahaha get lost keep your partial refund. I cancelled my Uber One subscription, I will only use Lift now and I will NEVER order from these utterly inept individuals. They are the worse customer service company since Sprint back in the day. Good riddance
