I ordered a meal, what arrived were 4 bags of chips. I alerted the driver that it was the wrong order, and after some cursing he admitted that he mixed up the two orders and left my food at someone else's house. He retrieved the chips and left. I attempted a refund and their terrible AI chat bot customer support made a bunch of claims that the driver called my phone (he did not) and that he waited for 3 minutes for me to answer the door (he did not, i stopped him on the sidewalk less than a minute after the chips arrived), and declined a refund. Now that order is marked resolved and here I am, out my money and didn't even get the meal. Hell, i don't even have the chips that were left incorrectly. Don't use this service, they're just like every other company using AI, becoming just infinitely worse because of it.
