Food arrived cold after making an order driver had other deliveries on the way, clearly to maximise profits at the expense of the customer.I contacted support only to be told that a 40 minute delay doesn't meet the threshold of a refund. The response was as follows:I'm really sorry, Steve. Uponchecking here in the system, theestimated time of delivery is6:24 PM and the time that theorder was delivered is 7:04 PMand since the order arrivedwithin a reasonable amount oftime it won't allow me to triggera refund.Absolutely shocking. Would you sit at a restaurant with your food in front of you for 40 mins, and expect it to be warm still?Absolutely won't be using them ever again.
