Driver basically claims not to speak read nor write English but is working without being able to communicate. She picked up my order with no communication, 92 mins after she picked up the order they finally agreed to cancel my order without charging me $20 cancellations fee.. they have no number I waited 5 mins to chat with someone and resolve it. Worst experience ever, and after 2 hours no food and now waiting for a refund, and the discount I won’t use because I deleted the app asap. And to the foreign driver Yenniffer I hope they fire her because I know she took my food from Fridays. Shame on you UberEats
