shocking service ,refused to deliver to the address they had wrong ,spoke to the fourth and last driver who said my address is too far, he duped me into giving him the delivery pin ,said it was so he could cancel the delivery by him but instead he used it to complete the order to a random address about half a mile away from the McDonalds ,spoke to customer services and they said it was my fault for handing him the pin , I never thought the pin was used for that to be honest , I’m absolutely outraged ,tried for an hour to contact them ,,just went around in circles , asked for the details to make a complaint , but my chat was ended by them ….
