What an absolute farce. My first Uber Eats order wasn’t picked up because no driver wanted to come out this far, so it was cancelled. I even called the pizza place to get clarity, and they flat-out refused to take any responsibility.What turned up? The original pizzas from the first order – stone cold, stale, and clearly abandoned somewhere for ages.Uber Eats blamed the restaurant. The restaurant blamed Uber Eats. The in-app “help” was completely useless. No ownership, no support, just a lot of shrugging and a cold, expensive disappointment.Never again.
