the worst food delivery company on the planet. trustpilot should allow customers leave 0 stars if thats how they feel. 1 star is not what I want to give this god forsaken company, they dont deserve any star. disgusting customer service, unprofessional scamming thieving liars. you will never get a penny out of me again even if you were the last food delivery company on the planet I'd rather starve which I often do thanks to the consistent late deliveries and GOOD Luck trying to get your money back from these thieves when they dont actually deliver your entire order, they send their bots to respond the same generic message over and over again and claim you're not eligible for a refund for your missing items. which is actually broad day light robbery. how can a company get away with charging for a service they didnt provide? isn't that a scam ? I cant wait till their shut down by some financial bureau of conduct / equivalent this is the most unethical company to ever exist. the last experience was the final straw for me. ordered a whole bunch of stuff from costa coffee (the croissant was out of stock and didn't get delivered ) contacted ubereats who immediately said they've refunded it and should wait some days to see this in my bank. so I waited . few days went by no refund, so I contacted them and their horrible customer service rep ABDUL AHAD who is worst than a BOT proceeded to do a 180 and tell me they in fact wont refund the missing item and thats the end. no evidence nothing. just claim the order matches the delivery which it bloody well doesn't. the worst experience of my life with any food delivery company. scammers. AVOID like the plague.
