Why do we bother ordering food…

Why do we bother ordering food nowadays? You wait for over an hour and your food is cold. Uber Eats will only provide a refund if your food is “damaged” - what does that even mean? Cold food is damaged, you can’t eat it or reheat it. We should just be ok to pay for crap food; that’s Uber Eats ethics. Well done! You lost a customer.
