I am a regular customer with uber eats , My order could not find a driver and it was past the latest delivery I was talking to a customer service with the name “Hady” and he had told me “since you have no requests I will be ending that chat” or something similar even tho I previously asked if my order was actually going to come as the shop I ordered from had now closed because of how long it had took , he kept telling me it can’t be cancelled and refunded , so when he ended it I requested help again and the AI literally said I could cancel it free of charge so clearly his customer service is lacking and it seems he just couldn’t be bothered to deal with it , he frequently told me if I was going to cancel I had to do so with my payment still there and also told me I needed to be patient after he told me the latest arrival time and it was already approaching it with still no courier
