I ordered 3 slices of cake from cakebox. 2 of which were incorrect. The merchant left a note stating that what I had ordered was out of stock and they had sent 2 replacement items instead. Something I would never have ordered myself. I sent the pictures to uber customer support of the cakes and the note and they chose not to refund me. The merchant decided to choose what I eat instead of cancelling the order or calling me. Worse, the items were of lower value. Tried to call but no telephone support. You are redirected to the chat facility. If you don't refund me I will be deleting their app completely.
