Received a $30 gift card via email. When I went to redeem it, it said it was already redeemed. I reached out to UberEats support to find out what happened to the gift card. The first person I chatted with had to transfer me to another department. It then took the other department over two weeks to respond. And their response was "sorry, can't help you" and closed the ticket. After reopening it twice, they came back and said your gift card was redeemed on an account with the name Emily and I should check with my friends and family if they redeemed it. I do not know any Emily's and no one else in my family uses UberEats. When I tried to reply, I found that they had permanently closed the ticket. They obviously don't care about trying to help the customer and are only about getting tickets marked as closed. Horrible customer service.
