First of all i sat watching my app as my driver decides to take a break and sit in a residential area for 40 mins whilst my food is going cold. The i get assigned a new driver who pucks up the wrong order and when she realised instead of resolving it just cancelled my order so now after 2 hours with no food i have to wait 10 days for a refund.....what a joke! The restaurant was very appolgetic and said ot happens all the time with Uber.
