I'm quite frustrated with the company's questionable practices. I frequently order from them and usually have no issues, but when there are problems, the support is terrible. I recently learned that an item was out of stock, and while I accepted that, I ended up incurring extra fees because my total dropped. I ended up paying much more for less food. A representative refused to issue a refund, claiming it was the seller's responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable, and I plan to stop using this platform once my subscription ends.
