I had a horrible experience with customer service, as they took my £27.50 the first time I ordered food for my daughter. They kept changing the driver, switching between three different ones. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order and request a refund, but nothing has happened since then. I have tried multiple times to reach the customer service team through the app's AI chatbot and also attempted to call their number, but I couldn't get through. I've lost my money and never received the food I ordered. I will never use this service again.
