Once again, an item was missing from my order. I've noticed that when I take advantage of buy-one-get-one offers, many establishments only send one item. This time, I was missing 1 out of 5 items. After a frustrating experience with their app, I was asked by the support team for my receipt. I scanned and sent a copy that clearly showed my order. They claimed it was included, but that wasn't true! They refused to refund me for an $11 item and suggested I was being dishonest. My total food cost was $75, but with additional charges, it came to $102. It's just unbelievable.
