I bought a gift card for a work-related purpose and did not receive a confirmation email receipt for my expense report. I've been requesting a receipt for a week, but they seem unable to comprehend my request. It's been a week of them claiming to escalate my issue, then saying they don’t provide receipts, followed by stating they do and suggesting I check my spam or verify my email address. Their responses have been anything but helpful in obtaining the receipt. I'm now facing the possibility of covering this work expense out of my own pocket. I will NEVER consider purchasing a gift card or using their services again. If a simple request like a receipt is this difficult, I can only imagine how they would handle a serious issue.
