Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service

A delivery driver arrived at my door with a bag that was completely torn open. The food was cold and unprotected. I contacted customer support regarding my safety concerns, but they didn't provide any solution. They simply mentioned they would inform the store. It's obvious that no responsible delivery person would accept a damaged bag from a retailer. The service showed little regard for my concerns and took my money for food that was in unacceptable conditions. This experience deserves less than one star.
