This service would benefit from shutting down and allowing a more competent provider to take over. I've attempted to use them multiple times, and the experience is consistently disappointing. The drivers either take food or deliver it when it's already cold. It presents itself as a legitimate company, but beneath the surface lies a profit-driven entity that shows little regard for its customers and only focuses on financial gain. I won't be using them again. I was initially attracted by the convenience, but they failed to deliver on their promises. Proceed with caution.
