Completely unacceptable experience. I received my food, and it was ice-cold. A significant portion was missing, and it was thrown together haphazardly in the bags. I'm truly appalled. I have reached out via email and attempted to call, but received no response. The service is utterly disappointing, and when I tried contacting the delivery person, it went straight to voicemail. They should not be in operation; this is an absolute farce.
