My daughter ordered food through a delivery service and received the wrong items, which was frustrating since she is a picky eater and disliked everything they sent. When she reached out to them, they only offered a partial refund, which felt unfair since she didn't eat any of the food and requested they pick it up and deliver the correct order. It took them 24 hours to respond, only to say they could provide a partial refund. She spent $15 and ended up with nothing to show for it. If this is their business practice, neither she nor my wife and I will ever use this service again. It's a poor way to operate and reflects badly on customer service. I've noticed many others have faced similar issues, with refunds denied as well. This is not a good look for the company. They should consider hiring competent staff who can accurately read addresses and verify orders upon delivery. This shows a significant lack of accountability on the service's part. They need to improve, or risk losing customers to competitors who offer better service.
