Extremely Disappointing Experience I placed an order for food, but the delivery never arrived, and after waiting for 3 hours, it was cancelled. The status kept indicating it was merely delayed and that a driver was assigned. Almost two weeks have passed, and I still haven't received a refund! The customer support team was not helpful either!
