I spent $70 and my order was incomplete! I contacted the restaurant, and they informed me that they didn't receive my full order. I paid for everything! I ordered chicken alfredo, a salad, mussels, and calamari, but the salad and calamari were missing! The pasta wasn't great either, which isn't the platform's fault, but the lack of customer service to address this issue is definitely their fault! Food isn't cheap these days, and when you frequently order from them, you expect to talk to someone, not just a voicemail saying they aren't taking calls anymore! I'm extremely frustrated!
