The service from the app and customer support agents is extremely poor; they fail to understand any of my concerns and provide only generic responses. It feels like they don’t even read my complaints. Out of three issues I raised, I only received a response to the last one. After detailing my problem regarding credits and a driver insisting on cash payment, I was told it was just a temporary charge, which is frustrating. I had already used credits for the payment, and then paid cash as well. I wish I could share screenshots.
