Extremely disappointing customer service; the driver handed the food to a random person on the street, claiming it was theirs, and marked it as delivered in the app. When we contacted customer support, they stated they couldn't assist us since the app indicated it was delivered. The delivery person even suggested we check with neighbors, as he no longer knew who he had given the food to and felt no responsibility. To make matters worse, the customer service representative blamed us for selecting the 'leave at our door' option, leaving us without a refund or our food.
