Repeatedly disappointing experience. I have been using this service for more than four years and can confidently say that, more than 90% of the time, I receive a message stating "your order has been delayed ... delays are rare". This is the biggest misconception in the industry; anticipate delays, be prepared for cold food, and wish that your drink is packaged correctly (i.e., bagged and not loose), because if it isn't, you might not receive it.
