The order took much longer than expected. When the app indicated the driver was nearby, I waited and waited, but they never arrived. Suddenly, my order was marked as "delivered" with a photo of a bag in front of a door that wasn't even the correct building. After searching for the "right front door" for 20 minutes, I found nothing. I reached out to the support team, but their policy claimed it was left in a "secure location," which it clearly wasn't, implying it was delivered. Unfortunately, I received neither a refund nor my food. This experience was very disappointing.
