I’ve placed a total of 6 orders through the service. The first was sent to a hotel while I was at an apartment, so I had to cancel that order. Since then, in 5 more attempts, they have consistently failed to locate my apartment without me needing to go outside to meet them. This has happened every single time. No other service struggles to find my place, which is quite strange. I won’t be using the app again.
