I previously relied on the service without any issues. However, after not using it for a while, I attempted to place an order recently. I didn't have my card, so I tried Apple Pay, but it failed twice. Frustrated, I switched to another platform. To my surprise, I found a double charge from the service on my bank statement due to the failed attempts. The customer support number appears to no longer accept calls and directs users to the app for help. Unfortunately, I have no past transactions to select, leaving me unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve this. I had to report it as fraud to my bank, which is incredibly frustrating. They took my money without providing any service, and there's no way to contact support. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
