Are there no facilities provided for their needs? Considering they handle food, how do they maintain hygiene? Just yesterday, we observed over 20 drivers congregated on a sidewalk in one area and another group of about 15 near a park. There are no restroom facilities available on the sidewalks, and it's against the law to occupy the grass verges. What is going on?
