Double charge on my card, need an urgent refund.

I was charged twice on my card, totaling R466 - I need an urgent refund. I have plans tomorrow, and this situation is severely impacting them. This is incredibly frustrating; customers deserve better treatment. I've heard about this authorization issue, which feels like a way to take money from customers and delay refunds for 7-10 days... This is outrageous and takes advantage of customers.
