The app does not allow me to cancel an order, even though I just placed it. It keeps instructing me to find a nonexistent button, which is quite annoying. Additionally, I can't upload photos of poor deliveries. For instance, this morning, the delivery person spilled drinks all over my food and simply suggested I request a refund. I ended up talking to the support team and received only £3 back from my ruined £25 order. I'm now considering switching to another service.
