Awful experience just trying to order a simple meal from McDonald's. They changed the address to somewhere else despite me selecting my home address. I followed the instructions and contacted the driver, who just told me cancel and reorder, then he rejected the order, same with the 2nd assigned driver. I tried to cancel and got charger 90% of what the order cost for some bizarre reason. I then contacted support who just ended the chat for absolutely no reason at all. Finally get through to someone else and they offer a full refund which will take place in over 2 weeks. Absolutely horrific customer service and app which makes it so difficult just to try and correct their own mistakes. Avoid and go collect yourself........saving time and money!!!
Edit: So just to further compound how awful this company is, I tried ti order again after being told i would get a refund, so the price came to the same price as the previous order, only they added a further charge on once I'd pressed order. Disgusting company. I have now deleted my account and won't ever use this company again!
