Ordered Uber Eats Sunday morning for my children. Ordered McDonald’s the order arrived after a cancellation driver and a new driver collected it. half of the items missing and the food stone cold and completely inedible. Received a €2 refund where I don’t know how they came up with that as the amount of food missing was substantially more than that. Cannot talk to anybody on Uber and they have closed the complaint. So frustrating I will never order from this company again.
