I'm complaining about the recurring charges that have been showing up on my bank account each month for "Uber One"—11 charges total—since last year. The Uber team has repeatedly informed me that I do not have an "UBER ONE" subscription, but they are still charging me each month. They repeatedly assert that the subscription has been cancelled; however, they have yet to reimburse the payments or provide a response from their team when I have enquired about this issue. I've had enough of their service. Membership cancellation is not an option on their app. Customer service is really poor.
So be careful when you use their service; by default, they will subscribe you without your permission.
