Ordered from KFC Doncaster Lakeside at 14:03 via Uber Eats. £50 order. Only a small child’s portion arrived — the main bucket completely missing.
Driver told us he “just needed the PIN”, we gave it in good faith assuming he was returning the incomplete order. Uber Eats now refusing refund because the PIN was given.
Tried calling the branch four times — no answer. Website support not working. This is the third issue we’ve had with Ubereats.. taking money and gellting the wrong order or half an order
