If I could give it a zero star I would. Beware I went on Instacart today to order food and apparently they must have merged and it went to an Uber Eats restaurant without me knowing, as it was still in the Instacart application. My order was wrong and the delivery guy took it back. You cannot speak to anybody on the phone at Uber eats or Instacart. Instacart would not help me. I then had to chat with an agent on Uber Eats and after one full hour I finally got a supervisor who supposedly credited me the meal, but not the tip because it is against their policy. So apparently they said they would give me $10.80 worth of credits on Uber Eats. Not that I will ever use. Uber eats again! I went into the app hours later and there is no credits in there. Everybody that I was chatting with was from India. I gather they really don’t care very much about customer experience. Nonetheless, since they have merged with Instacart, I am canceling my membership with them immediately. I still had to call my bank and see if they could dispute this charge, and I am very confident my bank will. Customer experience with Instacart and Uber eats is the worst. Shamefully you cannot speak to a person. It’s only a robot or an agent. I would have to say that was an experience that was utterly frustrating for me,
