Uber driver dropped the wrong order - we noticed in time to give it back to the driver - he said it was the restaurant's fault - We called the driver through the app - he was no help - so we called the restaurant they said it was Uber's responsibility - of course we didn't take a photo - we gave it right back to the driver - and no there is NO recourse - because Uber has no customer service any more - Door Dash here we come
