Made a Tims order and first time using the app. Wrong address and i cant change it anymore while the order is in progress. Theres a convo going and i sent a message that the location is wrong and sent a new message for the right location. Still the customer service cant do anything about it. So, i cancelled the order and was charged. My point of view is theres a convo going for changed of location and still didnt work out but still charged. Not even a refund or reorder can be made because of wrong location nothing its just frustrating that even first timers mistake the company wont do anything. I deleted the app and never again.
