I am temporarily invalid as I cannot walk right now, and for that reason I ordered Ubereats to my door, as I usually do. The driver refused to come upstairs and deliver it, we exchanged messages and phone calls where I explained over and over that I couldn't walk but he just insisted I had to come down stairs, then he marked me as unavailable and the order and complete and left! Now ubereats says that the driver tried to contact me and I was unavailable and they won't refund me! I explained over and over again that I spoke with the driver, that I wasn't unavailable, I sent them screenshots of the conversation and phone calls but they keep on sending back the same template response! I am so upset, I paid for the food and service I am now still hungry, no food and no money for refunded! This is fraudulent and the customer service is just shameful!
