Their 'customer service' is absolutely disgusting, I have no idea how they are still in business.I order groceries through uber eats, and I spend 200-300 Euros every month. They are now refusing to refund me 3 Euros (!!!) for a missing item, because I have "requested too many refunds in the past" - I requested refunds before whenever items were missing, it didn't happen a lot and it was never the most expensive item. Any human with common sense can put 2 and 2 together to see I'm not a scammer after spending HUNDREDS and only wanting THREE EUROS refunded.They said they would escalate it, and then they just closed the chat.I'm beyond disgusted, they don't have any escalation processes. I'm seriously thinking about suing them because what the actual F is this
