Wow....I would give 0 stars if I could
I placed four orders with Uberlink (94089/94090/94092/94093) and quite frankly it was an abysmal customer experience.
All four were received by Uberlink on the 19/1/2026
They didnt confirm they'd received them until the evening of the 20/1/2026
They then did not process them until the evening of the 21/1/2026 - and guess what? all four of my phones had their prices reduced!
I accepted all but one of the offers to save on the hassle, the one I rejected they kept coming back with higher and higher offers until I finally accepted. Just trying to get your device from you as cheap as possible. One of the orders they reduced the price on they didnt even give me a fault reason, when I emailed asking them why they reduced the price I didn't get a response. I still dont have a response.
After I accepted I got an email to let me know that my orders had been added to the payments queue.
I got another email just after asking me to leave to a 5 star review on Trustpilot and if I did they'd give me an extra £5 on each order.....
It took another two weeks to get paid - I had to chase them up and ask them why I had not been paid yet, their excuse was that they had set my orders to the wrong status - I think they were withholding payment until I'd made that Trustpilot review for the extra £5
All in all it took over 3 weeks from me shipping my phones to getting paid - with lots of hassle in between.
Reduced prices for non existent faults, scammy like emails asking me to leave a review for extra money, taking ages to process my orders and then taking ages to pay me out.
I would avoid like the plague.
